Refund policy

We believe in happy returns
We will handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.  
Refunds are offered on items that are damaged in transit or faulty. We check all the work before posting it to you and make sure the item is securely packaged for posting. Should you receive a work and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Sacha Lane Jewellery will pay for return postage on items that are faulty or damaged in transit.

We do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.
We will happily offer an exchange or credit note for items that are returned complete and unused in the original packaging (to ensure protection while in transit). Please email or call us within 14 days of receipt or your item. Customers will be required to pay for return postage.

If you make an error during the online ordering process, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and exchange the item ordered, with your intended purchase.
